What kind of projects do you take on?
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, decks and patios, driveways and concrete, and commercial ground-up construction. If it's a major change to a house, start by asking.
Do you handle small jobs as well as whole remodels?
Both. A kitchen or bathroom gets the same crew and the same structural standard as an addition or a commercial build — the only difference is how much of the house is open at once.
Are you licensed and insured?
New Jersey requires home improvement contractors to register annually with the Division of Consumer Affairs, and to carry general liability insurance. Ask us for our registration number and certificate of insurance and we'll send both over before any work starts.
Do you give estimates before the work starts?
Yes. We'll walk the property with you, talk through what you're after, and put a written scope and price in front of you before anything begins.
